FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHAT IS HOMOEOPATHY?
Homoeopathy is a system of medical treatment that uses a
wide range of natural remedies to stimulate the body to heal
itself – based on sound, well researched philosophical
principles. Homoeopathy works by stimulating the body’s
own defense systems, thus enabling the body itself to start
the healing process (www.soh.org).
2. WHY CLASSICAL HOMOEOPATHY?
The benefit of studying classical homoeopathy is that students
learn and understand a structured approach to healing that
can then be applied to all cases that they will face in the
future. This approach provides the skills to manage cases
by understanding the action of each remedy at a deeper level.
The classical homoeopath will treat the whole person –
mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually to improve
the patient’s health at a fundamental level.
